Wundowie is a small town located 70 kilometres east of Perth and a half hours drive west from Northam. During its peak in the late 1940s and 1950s, the town
was producing high grade iron from a newly established foundry. The town has the
normal range of public services including local school, library, swimming pool and a telecentre, as well as its own golf course.
