Cunderdin is situated on the Great Eastern Highway, 158 kilometres east of Perth,
and has a population of just over 2500. Northam is a major regional centre 58
kilometres west of Cunderdin. The Cunderdin airstrip is the WA Gliding
Association base, and hosts a biannual airshow. Other attractions including a
golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, trotting club and the annual Bulgin Bush
Races. The town has a public school up to Year 10, and the Cunderdin Agricultural
College for Years 11 and 12.
Cunderdin District Hospital
Cunderdin Hospital provides health services to Cunderdin, Meckering and Tammin,
and acts as the Cunderdin Meckering Tammin Multi Purpose Service Unit (CMTMPS).
